Cookie Pop + Kits
How long will the cookie pops + kits stay fresh?
Unopened and in their sealed packages, your Cookie Pops + Kits will stay fresh and delicious for up to 4 weeks.
However, for the ultimate experience, they taste absolute best within the first 2 weeks! We highly recommend enjoying your pops + kits right away, or freezing them immediately if you are saving them for a later date. (The freezer when done properly will keep them tasting amazingly fresh when thawed)
What is the best way to store them?
Room Temperature: Keep your kits in an airtight container in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.
Do Not Refrigerate: There is no need to put them in the fridge. refrigeration can actually introduce moisture and cause your frosting to melt!
Freezing: You must place the sealed pops + kits inside an airtight container or freezer bag before freezing. This locks out freezer odors so your cookies taste perfectly fresh when thawed.
How to thaw your frozen cookie pops + Kits: When you are ready to use your kit, take it out of the freezer but leave everything completely sealed inside the container and packaging for at least 1 hour. Do not open it early! Letting them adjust slowly to room temperature prevents condensation from forming, which can ruin the texture of the frosting.
Do you make custom cookie kits?
Yes! Everything in our cookie kits can be customized: Cookie shapes, Frosting Color and Sprinkle mix! We work with your theme, color scheme, and other personal requests to develop a cookie kit perfectly suited for your occasion. Send us an Email Info@FrostYourCookie.com to create your own kits
Are the cookie kits nut free?
We do not use or nuts or add them to any of our cookie or frosting recipes, however, our treats are not guaranteed to be 100% nut-free. Our premium ingredients are sourced from external facilities that may process nuts, meaning there is always a small risk of cross - contact.
Do you make cookie kits for dietary restrictions such as Gluten Free, Dairy Free, etc?
We take allergies very seriously. At this moment we do not offer any cookies or kits for specific dietary restrictions (such as gluten -free, dairy - free, or vegan). Because our recipes rely on traditional premium ingredients, we cannot safely accommodate structural substitutions right now.

We believe in using high - quality, recognizable ingredients to ensure your treats taste as incredible as they look. Here is a full ingredient breakdown of exactly what goes into our cookies + frostings.
Our Signature Sugar Cookies: Premium unbleached flour, pure granulated sugar, real cream butter, eggs, pure vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder.
Our Signature Royal Icing: Premium Powdered Sugar, meringue powder, fresh lemon juice, water, and FDA approved food coloring dyes (Americolor brand).
Our Decorative Sprinkles: Sourced from premium baking designers, our custom sprinkle blends include sugar, corn starch, vegetable oil, confectioner’s glaze, carnauba wax, natural & artificial flavors, and FDA - approved food coloring dyes.
Processing & Shipping Schedule
We want your treats arriving at peak freshness! To make that happen, we ship exclusively once a week on Mondays.
Delivery Timeline: Once shipped on Monday, you can typically expect your package to arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
The Ordering Deadline: Order by Thursday at 11:59pm pst to catch the upcoming Monday shipment. Orders placed after this deadline will ship out the following Monday.
Ordering Ahead: We do not allow ordering ahead for specific future dates unless it is for a custom order.
Transit Times & carriers
We ship throughout the USA using premium speed services:
Our Go-To Carriers: We primarly use UPS 2 to 3 business day labels. If UPS does not service your specific location, we will utilize FedEx, or USPS as a final option (always keeping that same 2 to 3 day label standard).
Delivery Window: While we aim for your cookies to arrive within 2 - 3 business days, please note that shipping carriers can occasionally experience early or late deliveries.
Holiday Volumes: During high - volume holiday weeks, transit times may take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience as carriers handle the seasonal rush!
Returns & Cancellation Policy
Because our Cookie Pops + Kits are perishable food items made fresh for each weekly drop, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you need to cancel or change an order, please email us with 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has entered production or shipped on Monday, we are unable to issue a refund or make changes.
What if my cookie pops or kits arrive damaged or there is an issue with my order?
We pack every single order with the utmost care, but we understand that shipping mishaps can occasionally happen. If there is a major problem with your order or if your cookies arrive broken, please contact us via email at: frostyourcookie@gmail.com or through our Contact form within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us make it right, please include:
Your name and order number
A clear photo of the damage or issue
Once verified, we will happily review the issue and work with you to remake your order if necessary. Please note that we cannot offer remakes or resolutions for issues reported after the 24-hour delivery window.
